Peggy Noe Stevens has made bourbon her business — literally — and this month she celebrates 10 years of her image branding business Peggy Noe Stevens & Associates.
Stevens and her dedicated staff have worked with distilleries all over the state and country — from Kentucky Peerless and Jeptha Creed in Kentucky to Old Forge Distillery in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., and Hemingway Rum in Key West — to help them build one-of-a-kind visitor experiences.
She also works with non-spirits corporations to help them with branding and strategy and has written books, but for now, let’s stick to the bourbon.
In her “down time,” if there is such a thing for her, Stevens founded the successful Bourbon Women Association and also worked with the Kentucky Distillers’ Association (KDA) to help develop the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
In fact, in a recent press release about Stevens’ 10-year anniversary, KDA president Eric Gregory said: “Whenever bourbon and tourism meet, there is Peggy Noe Stevens. Her legacy is literally inscribed on the walls of most of our legendary distilleries that she has helped transform into thriving global tourism destinations.”
